NEW 2023 PROGRAM
SCHOOL-BASED WORKSHOPS
Pupils and teachers are taken through a mindfulness 8-week course, where they progress through a combined program of yoga and mindfulness. Being age-appropriate, we focus on self-awareness and self-talk, the ability to understand how the mind works and how important it is to know, set and commit to our goals in life. We also provide tools to problem-solve friends and family relationships. These courses are poignant and vital for young people to learn how to work through life’s challenges. It enables them to identify their own values and connect with others more authentically, so they ultimately know they are not alone.

They will gain tools to support each other and be more empathetic and compassionate towards themselves and others. This will result in a more cohesive and harmonious school and family environment, giving teachers more time to teach and deliver their curriculum commitments as opposed to managing behaviour, and catching up on absenteeism due to the mental health of students and themselves.

Neurodivergent Specialist Yoga
Giving children with neurological and behavioural challenges practical tools and opportunities to manage their emotions, communicate their needs and become physically and mentally resilient. Sessions include breathing, poses, meditation, confidence-building exercises and games and are adapted to the child/teens personality, interests and ability.
